Who we are

This website is operated by 12 Origins, based in Sydney, Australia. "We", "us" and "our" refer to 12 Origins. By using this site or subscribing, you accept these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Australian delivery address to subscribe. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The subscription

• The subscription is available in two sizes: $49.95 AUD per month for 250g, or $149.50 AUD per month for 1kg — charged to your payment method on the same date each month
• Shipping is included in that price — there is no separate delivery charge
• Each box contains that month's single-origin coffee and a collectible postcard from that origin
• The origin changes every month and is chosen by us; it is not selectable
• There is no minimum term and no lock-in contract

Pausing, skipping and cancelling

You can pause, skip a month or cancel from your account at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing date, so make them before you are charged. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not cancel a box that has already been roasted and shipped.

The Origin Collection

Postcards are earned only through active subscription months — one postcard per month. One-off purchases do not earn postcards. Milestone rewards (at 6, 12, 18 and 24 countries) are issued once each and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

If you cancel and later resubscribe, your existing postcards stay with you. We may adjust the reward tiers in future, and if we do, postcards you have already earned will still count.

Fulfilment and freshness

Coffee is roasted to order in Sydney by our roasting partner and dispatched shortly after roasting. Because it is a fresh product, small variations in roast date, dispatch date and delivery time are normal.

Pricing and changes

We may change the subscription price. If we do, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you are free to cancel before the new price takes effect. Product descriptions, origins and imagery may change without notice.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it always is. Tasting notes are descriptive, not a guarantee of how a coffee will taste to you.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under Australian Consumer Law.
