• Payment confirmation details — card numbers are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, where you have accepted cookies

• To roast, pack and deliver your monthly box
• To manage your subscription, billing, pauses and cancellations
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and service updates
• To answer your questions when you contact us
• To understand how the store is used so we can improve it

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to run the service: our roasting and fulfilment partner (who receives your name and delivery address to ship your box), our payment provider, our delivery carrier, and our email and analytics providers.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade mailing lists.

Payments are processed over encrypted connections by our payment provider. We limit internal access to customer data to the people who need it to do their job.
